How does Qualigie CNC Machining Service Help?
How does Qualigie CNC Machining Service Help?
Qualigie offers a wide range of precision CNC machining services including CNC milling and turning of various materials, as well as EDM (electrical discharge machining), wire EDM and grinding. We have precision 3, 4, 5-axis CNC machining centers, our CNC machines can produce parts with high accuracy and high surface finish.
Combined with other advanced processing capabilities and experienced technical team, we ensure your parts can be made right in the shortest time. At Qualigie, our CNC machining services are designed for both rapid prototyping and low volume manufacturing of end-use parts.
CNC Milling
CNC milling is a precise rotating cutting operation typically used to shape plastics, metals and other hard materials. It has the advantages of high automation, high precision, fast speed, strong processing capacity and wide range of uses. With a CNC milling machine, you can have complex operations applied to different materials. It is the preferred process in industries ranging from aerospace to medical device production. In addition to making complex finished parts, our precision CNC milling services are also ideal for making tools for injection molding or die casting.
CNC Turning / Lathing
CNC turning is dedicated to creating complex geometries and features including deep holes, grooves and threads. For all types of cylinder and round shapes such as screws, shafts, pins, and rods, CNC turning is a more efficient method compared to CNC milling. We are committed to using the latest CNC turning technology to ensure that our customers get a high precision and efficient machining service. Our CNC turning will create accurate parts for you, make sure that each part is manufactured to exacting tolerances.
5-Axis CNC Machining
5-Axis CNC machining
5-axis machining is one of the most complex processes of CNC machining. It allows milling in 5 axes: 3 plains and 2 rotation axes at the same time in a single setup. Milled parts do not have to be moved to the other table, and whole process can be performed in one continuous run. This technology delivers high speed and minimal tolerances in milling more complex components. Our professional 5-Axis CNC machining can provide great part precision, better surface finish and high production capacity.
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
EDM is a manufacturing process where material is removed from a workpiece using a sequence of rapid electrical discharges between electrodes submerged in a dielectric liquid. The process is used to cut shapes and depths that are impossible to machine, like micro holes, thin slots, undercuts, etc. It has outstanding advantages such as small processing allowance, high processing accuracy and short production cycle. It is widely used by the tools for injection molding or die casting, but also used in making prototype and production parts.
Why Choose Qualigie for CNC Machining Services?
Why Choose Qualigie for CNC Machining Services?
CNC Machining Tolerances
Qualigie's general linear tolerance of machined metal parts is ISO 2768 (fine), and ISO 2768 (medium) for plastic parts.
Normally, we can meat the machining accuracy of ±0.127mm. If tighter tolerances are required, a 2D drawing with annotation information will be necessary. Our engineering team will communicate with you the critical dimensional tolerances and provide the highest possible machining accuracy.
CNC Milling Materials Options
We use 3, 4, 5-axis CNC milling processes to make parts from more than 30 engineering-grade plastics and metal materials.
Metal: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Copper/ Brass/ Bronze, Magnesium Alloy, Zinc Alloy, etc.
Plastic: ABS, PC, ABS/PC, PMMA(Acrylic), PA(Nylon), POM(Acetal / Delrin), PP, PE, PVC, PEEK, PEI(Ultem), PTFE (Teflon), PA+GF, PP+GF, etc.
